Unlike other tutorials, we're NOT going to open up Photofiltre first. If it's opened when you try and do steps 1-4, then this will not work.

1. Go to any free (or if you'd like to buy them) site that let's you download fonts. For this example, we'll use www.dafont.com.
2. Pick a font. Once you've found it, click on the box to the right. It looks like the picture given below.



3. Click to download and then on save, not open unless you only plan on using it once, and save it to the desktop for easy access, or anywhere you'd like too.

In some cases, you have to "extract" a font. It will look like the picture below. All you have to do it right click on the icon, and click "extract here" and it will open up a new folder with your font content.




4. I use Windows XP and to open up the font, I do not have to extract. Just double click on the font icon and it will open. You'll have to click on "TrueType File Font" to open it. Let it load before next step. It goes up to 72 (size of font).
5. NOW open up your photofiltre program (download for free here)and chose your picture.
6. Click the "T" and add your text (you can find the tutorial for that here) You'll then go through the list link normal and find the font you downloaded, and there you have it!
